 Football ‘N’ America Registration Refund Policy

Registration refunds will be considered on the basis of the following:

  • Injury
  • Family moving/relocating
  • Scheduling Conflicts

Unfortunately, refunds will not be considered for the following:

  • Dissatisfied with team assignment and/or coach, including Commissioner’s inability to honor special request(s)
  • Weather cancellations
  • Late registrants will not have their registration pro-rated based on any missed games/practices.

The dollar amount that will be refunded is contingent on how much of the season has passed as well as the reason for the refund. For example, a child who suffers an injury with only a short time left in the season will likely not warrant a refund as the entire cost of the season has already been incurred. But an individual looking for a refund prior to the start of the season is likely to receive a majority of their registration back, less any charges that the league may have already incurred, such as uniforms and other administration costs. If the refund request is submitted prior to the uniform order being placed by the league commissioner, a full refund will be granted. Refunds can only be requested by parents/guardians listed on the FNA account associated with the registration. Refunds will only be credited to the same credit card that was used to purchase the registration being refunded. Football ‘N’ America is unable to issue a refund via check or cash. If you have been notified that you will be receiving a refund in any amount, please allow for up to two weeks before the credit will be reflected back on your card.

Force Majeure

FNA shall not be liable or responsible for refunds for failure, cancellation, suspension, postponement, delay, or shortening in services resulting from a Force Majeure Event, inclusive of causes beyond it’s reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God; field closures; labor disputes; equipment failure; war; terrorism; riot; acts of civil or military authorities; epidemics; pandemics; floods; fires; unusual severe weather conditions; accidents; or other contingencies the non-occurrence of which was a basic assumption on which the registration was made.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a registration, please contact your league commissioner, who will direct you to the online Refund Request Form. Once completed and submitted, the form will be reviewed and a decision will be made as to whether to move forward with the refund and how much of the cost will be refunded.
